The offer and sale of products on our website www.rodo.it are governed by these Terms of Sale.
The products purchased on www.rodo.it are sold directly by RODO Firenze Spa ("The Seller"), headquartered in Italy, Contrada Santa Caterina 12, Mogliano Marche, MC, R.E.A. Macerata 112155, C. F. 04095580488 and P.IVA 01060350434 ("RODO") - Single-member joint stock company - Subject to the direction and coordination of Giullari srl.

For more legal information, please refer to sections: General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These general conditions of sale form an integral and essential part of the contract of sale, which is why they must be reviewed "on line" by the customer prior to completion of the purchase procedure.
The submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge and acceptance of them.
OUR BUSINESS POLICY
1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on www.rodo.it, the products and the conduct of its e-commerce business are available exclusively to its end users, i.e., "Consumers" who are 18 years of age or older (+ 18 years).
1.2 When"consumer" is defined as any natural person acting on www.rodo.it for purposes not related to his or her trade, business, or profession. If you do not belong to the "consumer" category, refrain from any products on www.rodo.it and contact RODO.
1.3 In view of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to accept orders from parties other than "Consumers" and any orders that do not conform to its commercial policy.
1.4 These Terms of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.rodo.it between users of www.rodo.it and the Seller.
The customer, by telematically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his dealings with RODO, the general terms and conditions, including the terms of payment set out below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him.
1.5 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services or sale of products by parties other than the Vendor found on www.rodo.it through links, banners or other hyperlinks.
We recommend that before placing orders and purchasing products and services from a vendor other than RODO, you check their terms of sale as the vendor is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the vendor or the conclusion of electronic commerce transactions between users of www.rodo.it and third parties.
HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER
2.1 To complete the purchase of one or more products on www.rodo.it, you must complete the order form electronically and submit it to the Seller, via computer or other device, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a link to these Terms of Sale and Right of Withdrawal notice, and a summary of information about the characteristics of each product ordered and its price.
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated within the website www.rodo.it, which constitute an offer to the public in accordance with art. 1336 cc, are inclusive of VAT (excluding countries for which there is an exemption). As far as the sale is concerned, then inclusive of all applicable taxes or shipping charges included and excluding customs duties (to be paid upon delivery when due).
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, your order form and after verifying the accuracy of your order information.
2.4 Before proceeding to purchase the product by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms & Conditions of Sale and the Right of Withdrawal Policy.
2.5 The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the order and as required by law.
2.6 Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct any input errors.
2.7 The languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian and English.
2.8 After the contract, the seller will pay for his purchase order
2.9 The Seller may not process your purchase orders if they do not give sufficient guarantees of security or solvency, are incomplete, incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons. If the products displayed on www.rodo.it, are no longer available for sale at the time of your last visit to the site or the submission of your order form, the Seller will promptly notify you and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which it sends your order to the Seller, of the unavailability of the products ordered. If you submit your order form and pay the price, the Vendor will refund the amount advanced.
2.10 By submitting the order form, the consumer unconditionally accepts and agrees to take in dealings with the Seller, these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you disagree with any terms of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form to purchase products on www.rodo.it.
2.11 By submitting the order confirmation form, the consumer agrees to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on www.rodo.it, including through links, including the Right of Withdrawal Policy and the Privacy Policy regulations.
2.12 With the contract, the Seller will send them, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form (please refer to the General Conditions of Sale and Right of Withdrawal, the relevant information, the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of price, payment method, right of withdrawal and delivery costs).
GUARANTEES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
3.1 On www.rodo.it only RODO branded items are offered by the Seller.
3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular, or substandard products.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.rodo.it within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.rodo.it may not match the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to change. The consumer is encouraged to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
3.5 Products sold on www.rodo.it are indicated by a bar code on the inside or outside of the package. This code must be present with the product inside its packaging in order to exercise the right of withdrawal as an integral part of the product itself.
Given the high quality that distinguishes RODO products we invite consumers who have purchased, of the shoes, to try them on a soft surface so as not to scratch and / or otherwise deteriorate the sole of the shoe. Any returns of items with imperfections or with soles that are not perfectly intact will not be accepted.
PAYMENTS AND CURRENCIES
4.1. The currency in which you make purchases is determined by the shipping destination that will be displayed at the time of payment before completing your purchase.
4.2 All prices posted online, payments, receipts, and invoices are in €, $, or £.

4.4 If there are enough funds, if the account information is valid and if there is confirmation from the payment provider that the transaction has been authorized, the order will be processed immediately and the Customer will immediately receive the order transaction number from our bank. This authorized amount is the Customer's claim against RODO.IT. Authorized funds are simple "blocked funds" in the customer's account
4.5 The price for the purchase of the products including any shipping charges, as stated in the order form, will be charged to your account when the purchased products are shipped.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Every transaction takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of Shopify Payment, which offers maximum security to RODO.IT customers, since all transactions are processed on SSL protection programs and secure servers compliant with PCI standards. For better security transactions, Shopify Payment support check-out with 3D Secure and encryption of payment data so as to prevent credit card data from being intercepted or manipulated.

6.1 You have the right to withdraw from your contract with the Seller, without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) business days from the day you receive the goods purchased from www.rodo.it.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Civil Code and Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts and Legislative Decree No. 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.
8.2 In case of disputes between the Seller and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the Seller guarantees, as of now, the full acceptance and acceptance of the RisolviOnline conciliation service.
