Orders and shipments
RODO orders are delivered Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 excluding public holidays in Italy. RODO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Rodo.it
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
According to international laws governing imports and exports, all RODO orders are shipped from Italy with an invoice or other official documentation in which the exact total amount in €, $ or £ of the goods purchased is declared. UNDER THE RULES GOVERNING INTERNATIONAL IMPORTATION, IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE A LOWER AMOUNT.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice stating the value of the goods in €.
SHIPMENT TRACKING: You will receive an email notification from rodo.co.uk or DHL with the tracking number as soon as our customer service department proceeds with the creation of the shipping document. To track a package you can visit www.dhl.com/en.html and enter the tracking number given in the email.
SHIPMENT INSURANCE: In case of theft or accidental damage, Rodo's shipments are insured at no additional cost to the Customer, but once the shipment has arrived at its destination the goods will no longer be covered by insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: RODO does not ship to P.O. boxes.
When the order is shipped, the Customer can request free of charge the ODD (DELIVERY ON REQUEST) service provided by DHL Express. Customers receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and delivery date and additional information and options (change of address, change of delivery date, shipment to SVC point).

Please keep in mind that our shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from shipment. RODO cannot take responsibility for delays in customs clearance or failure to approve payment, although we will try to minimize any delays.

The shipping cost for UK is £13.
Note: If a package is not picked up, for any reason, any shipping or import fees associated with DHL's automatic return to the RODO office will be deducted from the refund.
Please note: To ensure an accurate display of prices, taxes, and delivery charges, please click on the link at the top of our site and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.
TAXES AND DUTIES.
RODO ships on a DTP (Duty Taxes Paid) basis, sotaxes and duties are included, to the following countries: Austria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, United States. So in these destinations, the goods will arrive directly to the specified location without having to pay anything beyond what was paid when the order was placed.
For all other countries, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is used, meaning any local sales taxes and/or customs duties are excluded. If you are a resident of a non-EU country, we recommend that you inquire about local taxes and duties before placing an order on RODO.IT
To note. Please be aware that any local sales taxes and/or customs duties, will be to charged directly to the Customer by the carrier on each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded if items are returned.

AUTHORIZED SHIPPING DELIVERY
Upon delivery of each order, the Customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for acceptance of the goods. In the event that the Customer receives a package that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for external inspection, the package will be resealed with security control tape. In case you receive a package that has been tampered with or the tape is not intact, you may sign the receipt of the package with reservation or you may reject it. In case the package was accepted with an unauthorized signature or in case there is evidence of a damaged package, we recommend that you immediately initiate a complaint with your local DHL office and contact RODO.IT at email care@rodo.it
NON-DELIVERY
If for any reason the order placed on RODO.IT is not delivered to the Customer's address due to the Customer's lack of cooperation (such as wrong phone number, wrong address, absent address, failure to comply with import regulations), as per trade agreements, the package will be shipped back to Italy at the Customer's expense including import taxes. These fees will be deducted from any possible refund.
