Returns and Refunds

If the Customer is dissatisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) may be returned for a refund or for a size and color exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Items that are returned must be free of imperfections, must be in the same condition as they were sent, packed with the original packaging and with the disposable seal still attached. You can return unused items, to RODO.IT within 14 days from the date of delivery, after writing and receiving confirmation from care@rodo.it

 

REQUEST FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

  1. within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, you must transmit the return request to care@rodo.it indicating the order number in the subject line of the communication, the item code, the size you intend to return or exchange and the reason for the return. Alternatively, you can also request it by phone at +39 0733 55 9711 (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00)
  2. products must meet all the original conditions above.
  3. For better service, please email us the tracking of your return shipment with the courier at care@rodo.it


The Client can choose from the following compensation options: 

1.CHANGE SIZE OR COLOR

Please note that exchanges are only possible for countries within the European Union. Items can be exchanged when a different size or color of the same item code is available. Exchanges for different item codes are not available at this time. The new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the item to be exchanged. However, we can only exchange non-defective items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Goods must be returned in a single package. All of our exchange shipments are made with the same service as the original delivery (DHL). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order. Exchange shipping is free on all exchanges. For more information email care@rodo.it.

2.REFUND.

The cost of the returned items will be refunded but not the original shipping cost, if any. As soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, a refund will be made. If the Customer paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in 10 days and will be viewable in the statement; the processing time may change depending on the credit card company. In case the Customer has paid by Bank Transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded depends on changes in the exchange rate and therefore will not be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

RODO.IT customers should be able to purchase the product they want with confidence. If customers are dissatisfied with their order for any reason, they have the option of returning unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Items can only be returned for refund and size exchange reasons. Customers must follow RODO.IT 's OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY as described below:

-Return items must not be worn or altered or washed and any signs of wear and tear are not accepted. The soles of the shoes must not have any imperfections and must be in perfect condition in every way.

-Return items must have all original tags (if any), original packaging received with the order, and all other accessories. In cases where the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, the items must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used, or damaged like the outer packaging of the shipment.

IMPORTANT:
Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
There is a maximum of 1 return request per order (with which you can request the transaction for more than one product).

EU - UK - USA - REST OF THE WORLD

For foreign returns from EU, UK, USA and Non-EU countries, a fee of 10% of the value of the order you wish to return is required, which will be subtracted from the value of the refund. If you decide to use a courier other than the one proposed, no amount will be charged for shipping, only any import charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer. From the moment of delivery of the products to the shipper indicated by RODO, the customer is exempt from any liability in case of loss or damage of the goods during transport. For sale, sale collection and off season products, a contribution of 30% of the value of the order you wish to return is required, which will be subtracted from the refund value, regardless of the courier used.

 

RODO.IT reserves the right to refuse those returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent according to the return policy explained in detail online and in the return instructions email. In case of unauthorized or substandard returns, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. RODO.IT also reserves the right to request photographic evidence for those returns involving defective merchandise before authorizing the return and bear the cost of shipping the merchandise back to its offices. In the event of defective merchandise or shipping errors RODO.IT will bear the cost of return shipping at no cost to the customer or make a refund of the costs incurred. RODO.IT will not accept items that have already been washed, worn or altered for any reason. RODO.IT reserves the right to inspect the returned merchandise and assess the refund based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
