Returns and refunds
If the Customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) can be returned for a refund or for a size and color change within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
ORIGINAL CONDITIONS
The items that are returned must not have any imperfections, must be in the same condition in which they were sent, packed with the original packaging and with the disposable seal still attached. It is possible to return unused items to RODO.IT within 14 days from the delivery date, after having written and received the confirmation from care@rodo.it
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, you must send the return request to rodoeshop@gmail.com indicating the order number in the subject of the communication, the item code, the size you intend to return or change and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can also request it by phone at +39 0733 55 9711 (from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00)
the products must comply with all the above original conditions.

The Client can choose from the following compensation options:
1.CHANGE SIZE OR COLOR
Please note that exchanges are only possible for countries belonging to the European Union. Items can be changed when a different size or a different color of the same item number is available. Exchanges for different article numbers are not available at the moment. The new item will be shipped as soon as we have received the item to be replaced. However, we can only exchange non-defective items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The goods must be returned in a single package. All our exchange shipments are made with the same service as the original delivery (DHL). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times than an order. 2. REFUND
The cost of the returned products will be reimbursed but not any cost of the original shipment. As soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, the refund will be made. If the customer paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in 10 days and will be visible on the account statement; processing time may change depending on the credit card company. In the event that the Customer has paid by bank transfer, the sum will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded depends on changes in the exchange rate and will therefore not be refunded.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The customer of RODO.IT must be able to buy the product they want with complete peace of mind. If customers are dissatisfied with the order for any reason, they have the option of returning unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Items can only be returned for refunds and size changes. Customers must follow the RODO.IT
OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY as described below:
- Return items must not be worn or altered or washed and any signs of wear are not accepted. The soles of the shoes must not show imperfections and must in any case be in perfect condition.
- Return items must have all the original tags (if any), any original packaging received with the order and all other accessories. In case the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, the items must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used or damaged like the outer packaging of the shipment.

IMPORTANT:
Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
There is a maximum of 1 return request per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).
RETURN SHIPMENTS

The transport costs for the return of the products are free
EU - UK - USA - REST OF THE WORLD
For foreign returns from the EU, UK, USA and non-EU countries, a contribution equal to 10% of the value of the order you wish to return is required, which will be subtracted from the value of the refund. If you decide to use a courier other than the one proposed, no amount will be charged for shipping, but only any import charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer. From the moment of delivery of the products to the forwarder indicated by RODO, the customer is exonerated from any responsibility in case of loss or damage to the goods during transport. For products on sale, from the sale and off-season collection, a contribution equal to 30% of the value of the order you wish to return is required, which will be subtracted from the value of the refund.
RODO.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and / or not sent according to the return policy explained in detail online and in the email with the return instructions. In the case of unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the required standards, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. RODO.IT also reserves the right to request photographic evidence for those returns regarding defective goods before authorizing the return and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its offices. In the event of defective goods or shipping errors, RODO.IT will be responsible for the return shipment at no cost to the customer or will reimburse the costs incurred. RODO.IT will not accept items already washed, worn or altered for any reason. RODO.IT reserves the right to inspect the returned goods and evaluate the refund based on the state of the returned goods.
