Orders and shipments

RODO orders are delivered from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 excluding public holidays in Italy. RODO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstance beyond the control of Rodo.it


SHIPPING DOCUMENTS

According to international laws governing imports and exports, all RODO orders are shipped from Italy with an invoice or other official documentation in which the exact total amount in €, $ or £ of the goods purchased is declared. ACCORDING TO THE RULES REGULATING INTERNATIONAL IMPORTS, IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE A LOWER AMOUNT.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs legislation, are accompanied by an invoice certifying the value of the goods in €.

TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT: you will receive an email notification from rodo.it or DHL with the tracking number as soon as our customer service proceeds with the creation of the shipping document. To track a package, you can visit www.dhl.com/en.html and enter the tracking number indicated in the email.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: in case of theft or accidental damage, Rodo shipments are insured at no additional cost for the customer, but once the shipment has arrived at its destination the goods will no longer be covered by the insurance.

ATTENTION: RODO does not ship to PO boxes.

When the order is shipped, the Customer can request the ODD service (DELIVERY ON REQUEST) provided by DHL Express free of charge. Customers receive an email specifying the tracking number and delivery date and additional information and options (change of address, change of delivery date, ship to SVC point).

Please note that our shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time since shipment. RODO cannot take responsibility for delays in customs clearance or non-approval of payment, although we will try to minimize any delays.

Note: if a package is not collected, for any reason, any shipping or import taxes related to DHL's automatic return to the RODO office will be deducted from the refund.

TAXES AND DUTIES

RODO ships with the DTP (Duty Taxes Paid) formula, so taxes and duties are included, in the following countries: Austria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland , France, Germany, Japan, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, United States. So in these destinations the goods will arrive directly at the place indicated without having to pay anything other than what was paid when ordering.

For all other countries the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, i.e. any local sales taxes and / or customs duties are excluded. If you are a resident of a non-EU country, we recommend that you inquire about local taxes and duties before placing an order on RODO.IT

Note Please be aware that any local sales taxes and / or customs duties will be charged directly to the Customer by the courier on each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

DELIVERY AUTHORIZED SHIPPING

At the time of delivery of each order, the Customer is asked to carefully view the package before proceeding to sign the acceptance of the goods. In the event that the customer receives a package that has been opened by the Customs or Courier for external inspections, the package will be resealed with the security check tape. In the event that you receive a tampered package or the adhesive tape is not intact, you can sign the receipt of the package with reservation or you can refuse it. In the event that the package has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or in the event that there is evidence of a damaged package, we recommend that you immediately initiate a complaint with the local DHL office and contact RODO.IT at the email care@rodo.it.

 

DELIVERY FAILURE

If for any reason the order placed on RODO.IT is not delivered to the Customer's address due to a lack of cooperation (such as wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations), such as by commercial agreements, the package will be sent back to Italy at the customer's expense including import taxes. These charges will be deducted from any reimbursement.
