The offer and sale of products on our website www.rodo.it are governed by these Conditions of Sale.
The products purchased on www.rodo.it are sold directly by RODO Firenze Spa ("The Seller"), with registered office in Italy, Contrada Santa Caterina 12, Mogliano Marche, MC, R.E.A. Macerata 112155, C. F. 04095580488 and VAT number 01060350434 ("RODO").

For further legal information, refer to the sections: General conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are an integral and essential part of the sales contract, for this reason they must be examined "online" by the customer before completing the purchase procedure.
The forwarding of the order confirmation implies full knowledge and full acceptance of them.
OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on www.rodo.it, the products and the conduct of its e-commerce activity are available exclusively to its end users, or "Consumers" of age (+ 18 years).
1.2 When we speak of "consumer" we mean any natural person who acts on www.rodo.it for purposes not related to his own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. If it does not belong to the "consumer" category, refrain from any product on www.rodo.it and contact RODO.
1.3 In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to accept orders from subjects other than "Consumers" and any orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4 These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.rodo.it between users of www.rodo.it and the Seller.
The customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with RODO, the general terms and conditions, including the payment terms listed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him.
1.5 The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller who are on www.rodo.it through links, banners or other hypertext links.
Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from a seller other than RODO, it is advisable to check their conditions of sale as the seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the seller or for the conclusion of e-commerce. transactions between users of www.rodo.it and third parties.
HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER
2.1 To complete the purchase of one or more products on www.rodo.it, you must fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, by computer or other device, following the relative instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a link to these Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal, and a summary of the information on the characteristics of each product ordered and its price.
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.rodo.it, which constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 cc, are inclusive of VAT (excluding countries for which exemption is envisaged). As for the sale, therefore inclusive of all applicable taxes or shipping costs including and excluding customs duties (to be paid upon delivery when due).
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically and after verifying the accuracy of the data relating to your order.
2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of the product by sending the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms & Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal.
2.5 The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process the order and as required by law.
2.6 Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct any input errors.
2.7 The languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller are Italian and English.
2.8 After the contract, the seller will pay his purchase order.
2.9 The Seller may not process your purchase orders if they do not give sufficient guarantees of security or solvency, which are incomplete, incorrect, or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out his purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products displayed on www.rodo.it are no longer available for sale at the time of your last visit to the site or when the order form is sent, the Seller will promptly notify the user and in any case within thirty ( 30) days from the day following that on which you send your order to the Seller, the unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding of the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will reimburse the advance.
2.10 By submitting the order form, the consumer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to accept these Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller. If you do not agree with some of the terms of the General Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.rodo.it.
2.11 With the transmission of the order confirmation form, the consumer agrees to accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on www.rodo.it, also through links, including the Information on the Right of Withdrawal and the legislation on the Privacy Policy.
2.12 With the contract, the Seller will send them, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form (please refer to the General Conditions of Sale and Right of Withdrawal, the relative information, essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of price, payment methods, right of withdrawal and delivery costs).
WARRANTIES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
3.1 On www.rodo.it only RODO branded items are offered by the Seller.
3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or inferior quality products to the corresponding market standards.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.rodo.it within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.rodo.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to change. The consumer is invited to check the final sale price before submitting the related order form.
3.5 The products sold on www.rodo.it are indicated by a barcode present inside or outside the package. This code must be present with the product inside its packaging, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal as an integral part of the product itself.
Given the high quality that distinguishes RODO products, we invite consumers who have purchased footwear to try them on a soft surface so as not to scratch and / or otherwise deteriorate the sole of the shoe. Any returns of items with imperfections or with non-perfectly intact soles will not be accepted.
PAYMENTS AND CURRENCIES
4.1. The currency you make purchases in is determined by the shipping destination that will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
4.2 All published online prices, payments, receipts and invoices are in €, $ or £.

4.4 If there are enough funds, if the account information is valid and if there is confirmation from the payment provider that the transaction has been authorized, the order will be processed immediately and the Customer will immediately receive the transaction number of the order from our bank. This authorized amount is the customer's request towards RODO.IT. Authorized funds are simple "frozen funds" on the client's account
4.5 The price for the purchase of products including any shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account at the time of shipment of the purchased products.
